Please be as specific as possible on the form - each form submitted corresponds to ONE SESSION ONLY and must be booked in Eastern Standard Time. Please apply according to our schedule so that your session requests may be fulfilled. Submit as many forms as you require.

Please apply at least 3 days in advance! —  Your request is less likely to be fulfilled if this policy is violated. Opening the form in a new tab may improve your experience. 

Please keep track of the sessions that you apply for. You will receive a confirmation email for each session but no other reminders.
